When will I receive my order?
Orders placed by 2pm ship the same day. You will also receive an email updating the delivery estimation.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship international.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for our local Florida residents. Outside of FL shipping rates depending on your location average $5-$9.
The Treats
How will they stay fresh without preservatives?
Our treats contain natural shelf stable ingredients. Example: fresh strawberries are dried to remove excess moisture. Our resealable bag offers great moisture protection. Treats can stay fresh for 2 weeks at room temperature. Keep fresh longer by storing in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Is there a store open to the public?
Currently our treats are only available through our online shop and our Etsy shop. We offer free local same day delivery. Our address is for our shipping and receiving support. When made available we will share a list for local in store purchases.
My dog has allergies are there options for me?
Absolutely, our limited ingredient list is clear and simple. Nothing is ever added that isn’t on the ingredient list. All recipes have ingredients you know and are familiar. If you have any specific questions no problem just ask we hand make everything ourselves.
