Returns & Exchanges 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We can not accept returns for the dog treats. However we can offer an exchange or refund. Have a question or need help email us and well get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

Payments

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. We do not collect, store or handle any personal information pertaining to payments. Amex, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay are accepted. 

Shipping / Delivery

Shipping is available within the United Sates. Same day orders are shipped before 2pm est. We use USPS and UPS for delivery carriers.
